Delivery Policy Felice Flowers & Design offers local delivery throughout Van Nuys and surrounding areas. Delivery availability and fees are based on the recipient’s location and are calculated during checkout.
Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed early enough in the day, depending on our delivery schedule and product availability. We cannot guarantee an exact delivery time unless arrangements have been confirmed with our shop in advance.
Please make sure the recipient’s name, address, apartment or unit number, phone number, and any access instructions are correct. If the recipient is unavailable, we may leave the arrangement in a safe location when appropriate or contact the recipient/customer to arrange delivery. Additional delivery charges may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.
