15 May 2024These flowers were for my mother for Mother’s Day. My mom was out of town so I had to reschedule the delivery. Royal Orchid was very accommodating and changed my delivery from Sunday to Tuesday without issue. When the flowers arrived, they were beautiful and my mother was extremely surprised! I will be ordering from them for all my flower needs in the valley! Thank you!!!

7 July 2023I ordered this for my daughter in law. I picked it online as we live in Massachusetts and she lives in California. As soon as I placed the order they called me to let me know that the flowers in the photo were not available and she wanted to make sure that her replacements were ok with me and they were great. Once the arrangement was made she face timed me so I could approve the final product. I didn't ask her to do this but she went the extra step which I appreciated. And when the arrangement was delivered no one answered the door so the delivery person called to let me know where it was left so I could let someone know. They really went the extra step. My daughter in law loved it!
